Requirements: CoolEdge Lighting Inc. seeks a Process Development Engineer for its Vancouver, BC office. The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience with die transfer process and Datacon equipment and in implementing small die transfer application into mass manufacturing environments. The successful candidate must have detailed knowledge of Datacon 2200 die bonding equipment, packaging techniques for semiconductors, usability of pick up tools for semiconductor devices; high accuracy vision systems and motion stages; handling and presentation of small semiconductor devices in high accuracy, high volume production environments; die attach methods; machine hardware and software design; process control and data analysis; machine customization and optimization for high yield, high volume manufacturing; machine setup ad acceptance requirements for mass manufacturing lines; process implementation in manufacturing environments in Asia. The successful candidate must have a Master's degree in Process Engineering or equivalent.
