• Synthesis, design and analysis of inertial MEMS sensors, e.g., accelerometer and gyroscope
• Design and develop the advanced semiconductor Si process flow for manufacturing of MEMS sensors.
• Fabricate MEMS sensors and work with MEMS process Engineers to conduct necessary design of experiment for process optimization whenever needed
• Device characterization and sensor function test
• Communicate with customers and IC designers to define system architecture and interface
• Coordinate with engineers and researchers for fast prototyping and modification

Requirements:

• PhD in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering
• Multi-physics FEM simulation and experience on inertial sensor design is a must
• Knowledge on MEMS integration is a must; Hands-on Integration Experience is preferred
• Familiar with MEMS fabrication with hands-on experience preferred
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Strong oral and writing communication skill
• More than 3 years experience is preferred.
