• Design, Fabrication, and Characterization of silicon and Silicon nano-structure based micro-fabricated batteries.
• Handle electrode design, selection of material, cell fabrication and cell characterization. Process development will be supported by respective module teams.
• Establish and lead win-win collaborations with leaders in the field, including academic researchers and industry partners.

Requirements:

• PhD in any discipline. Thesis related to energy storage devices will be a plus; Strong in Physics or Physiochemistry and Electrochemicals.
• Good publications track record.
• At least 3 years of working experience related to batteries
• Knowledge and exposure of micro-fabrication will be a plus, MEMS and Silicon-Process.
