• Design, Fabrication, and Characterization of silicon (and Group-IV) -nano-structure based thermoelectric cooling and power generation devices.
• Handle device design, selection of material and structures, fabrication and setting up characterization methodology. Process development will be supported by respective module teams.
• Establish and lead win-win collaborations with leaders in the field, including both academic researchers and Industry partners.

Requirements:

• PhD in any discipline. Thesis related to thermoelectric area will be a plus, strong background in Physics;
• Good publication’s track record in relevant fields;
• At least 3 years of experience in designing TEC/TEG devices, or any energy related devices with Silicon, Group-IV based nano-structures.
• Good knowledge and exposure of silicon fabrication processes, including MEMS and CMOS.
